01 Scope & acceptance

DARKSMM provides digital Telegram growth and engagement services sold against a prepaid balance. By registering, depositing, or ordering you confirm you are legally able to contract and that you will follow Telegram’s rules and the laws that apply to you.

• These terms apply to the website, dashboard, and public API.
• If a wholesale agreement conflicts with this page, the wholesale agreement controls for that account only.
• English text is the controlling version if translations differ.

02 Catalog & delivery

Listings describe quality tier, estimated speed, min/max quantity, and any refill window. Prices and availability can change without advance notice; the live Services page is authoritative at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates, not SLAs, unless a written contract says otherwise.
• Non-drop and lifetime labels only cover the quantity we delivered, within the printed window.
• Minor fluctuation (often under ~5%) is expected and not a defect by itself.
• Geo or language targeting only applies when the listing explicitly offers it.

03 Ordering rules

• Read the listing before you pay. Wrong service type for a private group, bot, or post can fail.
• Keep targets public and reachable for the whole delivery window.
• Do not stack concurrent orders on the same link until the prior one completes.
• After submit, link and quantity cannot be edited.
• Drip-feed is charged in full up front; unfired runs refund to balance on cancel.
• Incomplete work may settle as Partial with undelivered funds returned to balance.

Chargebacks or payment disputes opened instead of a support ticket may suspend the account and forfeit remaining balance.

04 Balance, refunds & deposits

• Deposits fund your panel balance for orders. They are generally non-withdrawable.
• Refunds for cancels, partials, and eligible failures credit balance - not the original payment rail - unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Pending orders that never started can be cancelled for full balance return when the UI allows it.
• In-progress cancels are reviewed so refunds match undelivered quantity only.
• Refill claims must be raised inside the guarantee window with the order ID.

05 Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity under your login. Enable 2FA from Account settings.
• Do not share credentials or API keys. Rotate keys if exposure is suspected.
• One natural person or business per account unless a reseller arrangement is approved.
• We never request Telegram passwords, login codes, or phone numbers.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or risk to infrastructure or other customers.

06 Prohibited use

You may not use DARKSMM for:

• Illegal content, child-safety violations, terrorism, or incitement to violence.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, or scams.
• Targets you do not have rights to promote, or clear Telegram ToS violations.
• Attacks on our API, scraping beyond fair use, or reverse-engineering delivery systems.

Prohibited orders may be cancelled without refund; repeat abuse can end in a permanent ban.

07 Liability

• Services are provided “as is”. Telegram may restrict or remove any channel; we are not liable for platform actions.
• Maximum liability for any single order is the amount paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party network/payment failures.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.

08 Resellers & API

• API access is for legitimate automation and resale. Keep keys secret.
• Resellers handle their own customer support and pricing.
• Abusive automation may revoke keys without notice.
• Documented endpoints on /api define the public contract.

09 Privacy snapshot

• We store account email, balance, order history, and public targets you submit.
• We do not sell personal data. Payment partners process deposits under their policies.
• Records are kept for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal duty.
• Data questions go through support tickets.

10 Changes

We may update these terms. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: open a ticket.
